Which web analysis and tracking technologies do we use?

Chat with aclue

If you use our chat solutions as a way to contact aclue, we process the transmitted chat content, the time and duration of the communication as well as technical information about your device such as the IP address in shortened form, the operating system and the browser type Purposes of dealing with your request and providing our service. For the chat solution on the websites, aclue uses the service provided by our supplier Drift. When you use the chat, your data is transmitted from the browser to Drift using a secure protocol. The data is stored encrypted on the Drift infrastructure in the Netherlands/UK.

Storage period and data deletion

We store and process your personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected or as required or permitted by law. Your personal data will then be deleted from our systems or anonymized so that you can no longer be identified.

You have the right to receive information about your personal data processed by us in writing and free of charge at any time. You can send us your request for information in writing and enclose a copy of your identity card or passport to our postal address.
